Ever wanted to get on your bike with fellow food cart lovers and wander the city visiting cart after cart after cart nibbling as you go? Well, now you can. A local bicyclist and food cart fan has put together the Food Cart Lovers Ride as part of Pedalpalooza
, the city's annual bike fest. Here are the details:

Doesn't it sound fun? I understand the organizers have coordinated with the pods so the carts will be open into the evening and night. Grab your bike, your helmet, attach a light and bring cash. This will be a fun and filling ride.

Schedule:
Cartopia - SW 12th and Hawthorne - meet at 4:30 for appetizers, ride at 5:15-5:30
Green Castle - NE 20th and Everett - arrive at 5:45 for snacks, light treats, leave at 6:30 - Food Carts Portland will be there with goodies
Good Food Here - SE 43rd and Belmont - arrive at 6:45 for main meal, leave at 7:45
Ala Carts - SE 50th and Ivon (off Division) arrive at 8:00 for either main meal, aperitif, leave at 8:45 to 9:00
D Street Noshery - SE 32nd and Division - arrive at 9:00 for desserts/beer, Official End of Ride but if there is interest we may go back to Cartopia or head Downtown
