Some Food Cart News for your June.
Big-Ass Sandwiches announced they are closing their cart June 11 after five years and a few locations. Currently at Carts on Foster, the owners Lisa and Brian announced last month that they had secured a location on NE Glisan for a full brick and mortar Big-Ass Sandwiches. The menu will stay the same with a bit of expansion along with beer and cocktails. Watch for a grand opening in June. Keep up with the transition details at their
website. If you're shopping for a cart, their's is for sale.
