Beech Pod Grand Opening and Beaverton Food Carts

The Beech Pod at N Mississippi and Beech is celebrating its Grand Opening on Saturday, March 22. Vendors on the site include Gabagool, Tiffin Asha, The Doner Haus and Moberi. Each cart will offer $3-4 tasting menu options and a band will entertain guests throughout the day. N Mississippi has become a mecca for food carts with 16 vendors between Fremont and Skidmore.
