Clark College Seeking Mobile Vendors

Clark College
, the home of the Penguins, is looking to add mobile vendors to the campus this year. As part of a broader initiative to address the need for extended food service on campus as well as instructional program enhancements, a task force was formed to investigate options. The Culinary Arts, Food program will be suspended for 2 years while it is revamped. This program has historically provided the majority of food service for the campus community. The college is investigating bringing food carts or trucks to campus as an interim solution. Clark College serves approximately 14,000 students per quarter.
