Favorite cart food in 2010?

Over the past year, I have probably eaten 200+ different meals at the carts here in Portland, Seattle, New Orleans, San Jose and Los Angeles. Did I have a favorite? With so many different amazing and unique dishes, it is difficult to choose just 1, but if I were to think back to a dish that truly blew my mind and showcased what is so special about Portland's food carts, it would be .... drum roll .... deep fried anchovies from Euro Trash
. Yep, a simple dish I had never had, but with amazing flavors and excellent preparation. I say keep the heads on.
