How do carts participate in these charitable causes, and is it a percentage of sales they are donating? Where can we find more info about this “3rd Wednesday” event? Also – is there a list of causes/charities that the carts contribute to?

I love Portland’s food carts more and more every day. What a cool, strong community that supports those in need. I’m humbled by the cart owners every day.
