The apple, ham and brie is delicious and worth braving the cold for. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Four stars!

Rockabillies makes a really great tasting Panini style sandwich of ham, brie, and apple. Two thumbs up.

Back in early August, I tried out their turkey sandwich which I described to friends as good and tasty. They were shocked as they are big fans of Rockabillies with great being the minimum acceptable description for an opinion of Rockabillies. OK, so based on everyone’s feedback, I went back to Rockabillies again and tried something new. Yes, my sandwich today was great tasting and a delicious mix of flavorful ham, brie, and apple. I believe credit for this new sandwich creation goes to Mrs. Rockabillies.

I enjoyed eating the 'Turkey Rancher' sandwich. It was good. I can't write that it was fantastic and changed my life yet it was tasty.

Just got back from visiting Rockabillies. I will say the tuna melt I enjoyed there was in the running for best of all time. And yes, fried cheese curds definitely helped with that feeling!
