We hope everyone out there had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I would like to let you know that Friday will be a big day for food carts on local radio and a podcast. Beginning in the morning, Portland’s food carts will be discussed on OPB between the hours of 6am-8am. If your awake, listen for us. Later in the day, I will be interviewed as part of the Breakfast in Bridgetown podcast by Paul Gerald. The podcast will be put out on the Internets around noon.
And remember there are a ton of carts open Friday, from morning to night.
