The apple tart is beautiful with a perfect crust and the most flavorful caramelized apples. The hot chocolate topped with smoked sea salt is a thing of beauty and, of course, her cupcakes are phenomenal. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.... Oh my, it was so good. Nothing beats the combo of salt & olive oil for me, especially on top of a cupcake! Ready to go back. Since she has opened up at Mississippi Marketplace I think we have been there about 10 times - and we live in Beaverton. Hands down these are the best desserts around - the Highway to Heaven cupcake is dreamy goodness, the hot apple cider is amazing, the brownie is excellent... We go back every week and every week it's still fantastic. So glad Kir is back!
