Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly from the sauce and cheese to the veggies and meat. The crust is extra thin so you're not stuffing your gut with excess dough. Growing up near Chicago, I was fortunate to be able to have eaten at some of best pizza restaurants available anywhere. Southwestern Pizza could set up their cart in Chicago and become a member of the pizza elite. Southwestern Pizza is located in the food cart pod along with another nine plus carts. This cart pod already has excellent rain shelters set up. Two of the other cart vendors were playing their musical instruments together. They were good and it was a fun experience. I was immediately impressed with the friendly, attentive service. Dan (the owner) is such a sweetheart! He was fixing up a peaches and cream dessert pizza and handing out samples while brewing some fresh coffee in a french press. I ordered the breakfast pizza and he had some expert suggestions - choose bacon and top with mustard. Good food, great conversation and a level of sincerity that can only be found at a food cart. I've eaten there twice now - the Stagecoach the first time (which was great) and the Texan a few days ago and it was even better! Going back saturday for the Pesto Asparagus. Toppings are piled on!
