I work near the PSU food carts and see and smell lots of cart food in my office. The other day I asked my co-worker "wow, what are you eating?" I thought it might be fried chicken because the smell was just so familiar and tempting! She had picked up the lunch box at Dosirak and gave me a piece of chicken to try. She actually had the chicken without teriyaki sauce and it was delicious all by itself. Today I picked up a lunch box for myself. I am impressed with the portion size - plenty of very good, fresh, simple food for two satisfying lunches.

For Stef, they're back and as good as ever. The friendly team is still running the place.

I went to try this out today only to discover that they are closed until September. Disappointing! But, I did get to try another nearby cart (Fernando's) which was very good. Looking forward to going back to try dosirak in September!

Pretty darn good. I didn't get the full lunchbox with the dumplings and salad though(way too much food!) so I can't say much for those, other than they look delicious in the photo. The mini box of just rice and teriyaki chicken was still lots of food and really good! I don't think it was too heavy on the sauce, just perfect- although it is a teensie bit on the sweet side, but I like that. The genmai style brown rice is awesome! i could have just that and be happy. I'll be back for those dumplings.

Just ate at Dosirak for the first time the other day. I got the chicken with brown rice. The chicken was moist and tender, the brown rice nicely cooked, the two mandoos crispy, and the salad wasn't bad either(mayo in the dressing?).

Some reviewers have said that there was too much sauce or that it was too sweet, but I didn't find this to be the case when I went. The lady put the sauce on the rice before putting the chicken on. I think this showed off the charbroiled flavor of the chicken better.

You can also just order the chicken teriyaki and rice for $4 if you like. Can't beat a tasty and substantial lunch for that price.

Struck up a conversation with the owners while they were prepping my order, and found out they're open until 6PM. Apparently they used to be open until 8PM, but the man had back surgery so they're closed earlier to give him a break. Overall, good food and great people. Will definitely be back.

I love this place a lot!
Foods are great and price is very reasonable.
I would recommend to anyone who loves teriyaki!
Now I finally found the place to eat around PSU area.

I eat at Dosirak once a week without fail and would probably do so for the rest of my life if they agree to stay in business and keep things as simple and delicious as they are right now. One of the cleanest and friendliest carts I've seen anywhere and definitely one of the easiest to order at. None of that would matter if it wasn't good but did I mention that I eat there once a week without fail and would probably do so for the rest of my life?

I think that sums it up.

Grabbed a quick box on the way to OHSU. Had a nice overhang to wait in the rain. Did a real nice job. Yes, the sauce is sweet but I didn't think it was overpowering. Great mandoo, and I know my mandoo. Wish that they had a Korean spicy pork option because I'm sure they can do a wonderful version.

I was starving and on my way home when I thought I would do the "loop" around the block. Dosirak was the only cart open so with a parking spot right in front open I pulled in. I was the last one for the night so he really hooked me up on a nice size order. I care more about the flavor and when I got home what should have been two or three meals I could not stop eatiing it was so good. Oh I forgot, I got brown rice as I do everywhere and this was by far the best brown rice Ive ever had. Super clean cart, super clean food. The dressing was not thick too like I like it. Perfect Terryaki IMO- cool dude too.
