A public service is right–and CBF, kudos to you for jumping in ahead of the current explosion (cartsplosion?) in interest and great cart-food. I hope you’re not jonesing for the carts too bad in NOLA–I know they’d be one of the main things I’d miss if I had to leave Portland.

Guilty, tell me about it. I’m so eternally grateful to Dielboi for stepping up to the plate and taking over food carts portland. He’s doing a fantastic job. I can rest assured here in New Orleans that he’s Keeping the Dream Alive…for all of us.

Actually with the one sig pie, it was Pork Belly (I think) and not beef. Unless they changed.
