		<description>A public service is right--and CBF, kudos to you for jumping in ahead of the current explosion (cartsplosion?) in interest and great cart-food.  I hope you&#039;re not jonesing for the carts too bad in NOLA--I know they&#039;d be one of the main things I&#039;d miss if I had to leave Portland.</description>
