Where's the Taco Truck?

There is a taco truck parked here sometimes…and sometimes it goes elsewhere. There seems to be no rhyme or reasons to its mysterious disappearences and reappearences.
It’s on the corner of NW Davis and 4th Ave. Anyone have any idea?
