Does anyone know where the City of Portland's study currently resides? The link just takes you to the main page for publications, and a search yields no results! Thanks for any help!

I would think that another question the city should ask is whether food carts provide needed and wanted alternatives for getting good food to people. Perhaps that's a question that doesn't need to be answered because the answer is obviously YES! But it should be stressed that the food cart model helps to deliver good food at better prices (affordable prices) than a place that has to pay rent and all the expenses associated with brick and mortar. Food carts are good for the consumer.
