Did you notice? Did you? Did you notice my new “hairdo”?
Gracious thanks to one Mr. Guilty Carnivore, for supplying me with the above photo montage. Additional thanks to mmm-Yoso!!! for letting us steal, er I mean BORROW, some images.

That’s very purr-ty…how much does Mr GC charge for his services?
I think Guilty Carnivore will work for free tacos
I’ll throw this tidbit in here, since I don’t think there’s a “tips on new carts” thread. . .
A new Thai cart has opened at the Alder gaggle, on the west side next to the Taste of Europe cart, called “I Love Thai Food”. Cute name, probably very difficult to Google search for.
They seem to be open late–till at least 6pm; not sure about Saturdays. $5 for all dishes, don’t know yet about soups/appetizers. Looked like all the standards, and they do a couple more unusual daily specials. The young lady who took my order new what “vegan” meant, bonus for some of us.
So far I’ve tried their Pad Ke Mao (usually my first gauge of a Thai place) and a spicy eggplant. The former was better than average–noodles cut wide, three kinds of bell peppers, lots of mushrooms, not skimpy on the basil, not overly spicy at “medium,” not too oily–seemed to me the equal of Sawasdee Thai around the corner. The eggplant was tasty, cooked to that lovely melty just-right, but a little less generous in portion size and a little too oily for to be a frequent choice. Small note, but they were still using some sort of long-grain, probably jasmine rice, while many places seem to have switched to less flavorful medium-grain as a cost-cutting measure.
Overall, definitely good enough to make me want to return, and worthy of inclusion and a review here.
