This is one of my favorite Thai carts. The owner is very sweet, if hard to understand. She makes each dish to order, which can mean a longer wait if there are one or two people ahead of you. But the food is authentic Thai and top notch. She can be seen making her own curry pastes and crushing pepper between customers.

The servings are VERY generous. I find lunch from Thai Express can last two days or do for lunch and dinner if I am working late. Most dishes are $6.00, $5.50 for vegetarian.
