Description: Vegetarian and vegan. I was informed that they are no longer specializing in African food but have not yet updated their sign boards. Still, I enjoyed my banana, chocolate, peanut butter, and soy milk smoothie ($4.00 for 16 oz) very much. People’s Food Coop members receive a 10% discount.
Sample Menu: Ginger miso stir fry with veggies, and tofu or tempeh over quinoa. ($6.00)
Vegan Sushi – nori wrap with veggies and noodles ($4.50)
