I worked in Portland for about 5 years and stumbled upon this vendor one day walking around at lunch time. The curried chicked is one of the best i've ever had. I introduced it to my friends as well, and it became everyone's favorite-in fact, it is still one of my very favorite places to this day...even though I live in Phoenix now-I need to find something similar here... I know, I know, why would i get a chinese dish at a vietnamese named cart?! I dont have an intelligent answer for that. Anyhow, the kung pao here is very soupy (unlike any kung pao I have had in the past). There is absolutely no white meat in the dish at all...huge water chestnuts, cashews (instead of peanuts), peas, and what looks to be parsley?! I would say this is the worst KP I have ever had. Maybe this is the vietnamese translation for KP. Regardless, I wish I could have my 5.75 back, but I guess thats what I get for buying chinese from a vietnamese cart.
